Development plan

A demonstration and training high-tech greenhouse will be located on the plot of the horticulture training and demonstration center, along with other infrastructure, on 0.5 hectares. In addition, 0.7 hectares will be allocated to medium and low-tech greenhouses.

The Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center will use these greenhouses for production practice, which along with exceptional educational programs, will be aimed at transforming low-tech greenhouses in the Imereti region into medium-tech greenhouses.

Following the development plan, the horticulture training and demonstration center will start active work in 2023.

With the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, a total of 2.8 ha of non-agricultural land and 1.4 ha of agricultural land were allocated in Baghdati.
