Cathryn Kloetzli, an agricultural field expert from ACDI/VOCA examined the preparatory work for a pilot project, initiated by HTDC.
The project aims to produce bell peppers in the greenhouse owned by Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center's class B member, located in Kopitnari settlement in Imereti.
The project is being implemented with the help of professional agronomists and member companies of the center who will ensure the provision of high-quality seed material to the beneficiary farmers and monitor the production process in the greenhouse.
The successful completion of this project will allow member farmers of the center to enhance their knowledge of the technology of growing bell peppers in greenhouse conditions, produce high-quality products, and tap into new sales markets.
