An information meeting was held with the representatives of the economic team of the United Nations
Within the framework of the meeting held in Baghdati, the Director of Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center, Marine Egutia, and the Deputy Executive Director, Giorgi Chkuaseli, presented the main directions of the center's activities, current results, and plans.

Marina Egutia spoke in detail about the research that the Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center is conducting to study the needs of farmers in the Imereti region and emphasized the importance of the involvement of the United Nations Development Program in the process.

Giorgi Nanobashvili, head of the United Nations Development Program team, positively evaluated the activity of the Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center and expressed his willingness to deepen cooperation.

After the meeting, the parties inspected the production plot of the Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center. As a result, the Government of Georgia allocated 4.2 hectares of land for establishing a Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center, which will arrange both an administrative building and demonstration greenhouses for practical training.
